Founded in 2015, Silver Lining Therapeutics is an ever evolving practise of body work. From gentle relaxing Swedish massage, to remedial focused orthopaedic techniques to now adding in Osteopathic principals and techniques, you are sure to get a well rounded whole body approach to calming the nervous system, managing pain and finding healthy balance in the body.
Ashley has been a remedially trained massage therapist in Canada since 2013. She has a deep appreciation for the journey of healing, not just musculoskeletal injury but how pain teaches us to live more present in our body, mind and spirit. Recognizing that pain is more expansive than soft tissue, she went on to receive her Diploma as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist in 2021. Using a whole body integrated approach you can expect to feel more in alignment and better understand that pain is truly a teacher.

Through the gentle unwinding of fascial and joint tension, subtle shifts in the central nervous system through cranial osteopathy, the pushing of stagnant lymphatics and the listening and nudging of tense organs the client can let go of what is not serving the physical body, mind and spirit.

MANUAL OSTEOPATHIC THERAPY
This is a whole body individualised treatment for how you are presenting today. Using a variety of treatment modalities you will be assessed and treated following osteopathic principals.
Ashley is a great therapist, she takes the time to focus on what your body needs. She offers a variety of treatments and incorporates different techniques into her work. I enjoyed the massage along with the cupping therapy, it felt like the results lasted longer with this additional modality. Thanks Ashley!
